Evan Hand, Electrical CFL Leader at Kraft, will moderate a panel on manufacturing and controls security on 25 October at ISA EXPO 2005 in Chicago, Illinois "As the organisation that helps engineering professionals solve difficult problems, we're excited to present this panel on such a vital topic," said Dale Lee, ISA Director of Convention, Education and Certification Services

"The benefits that this session will provide to our Members and attendees will enhance the entire conference".

With the increasing rate of virus, worm and other attacks on control systems world wide, this presentation and panel discussion will highlight what the industry is doing to improve the reliability and security of manufacturing and control systems.

The session will introduce attendees to the key principles behind security, highlight what ISA SP-99 and other industry efforts are doing to address the issues, and cover industrial trends as they relate to control system security.

Panelists from major securities efforts and from companies in key industrial sectors will be available to answer questions from the audience.
