ISA EXPO 2005 has recently announced that attendee numbers are up - way up - compared to last year at this time, for the annual event scheduled for October

ISA EXPO 2005 has recently announced that attendee numbers are up - way up - for the annual event "We have doubled the attendee registrations this year compared to where we were last year at this time," said Dale Lee, Director, Convention, Education and Certification Services

ISA EXPO is touted as North America's number one educational event for automation and control professionals.

The annual event scheduled for 25-27 October at the McCormick Place Lakeside Center in Chicago, Illinois, offers an abundance of educational sessions, most at no charge to the attendee.

ISA EXPO features sessions on the latest in standards development, cyber security, wireless systems, networking and much more.

With practitioners from over 70 countries, you'll also find the largest and most comprehensive products and services exhibition.

"Additional market demand in Chicago, a market we haven't been in since 2002, plus increased technical content and high-powered keynoters, forums, standards sessions, and R and D updates are likely causes for the spike," commented Lee.

This year's program includes daily keynotes from Kevin Roach (Rockwell Automation), Jeff Harrow (The Harrow Group), and Jim Durkin (Kraft Foods ).
