The 7th Annual ISA Fugitive Emissions-LDAR Symposium, focusing on compliance with today's complex leak detection and repair requirements, methods, and management, is coming up on 5-7 June 2007
Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Chief Engineer, David Schanbacher, will deliver the keynote address at this year's event His topic will offer insight into the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP), an enforceable plan developed at the state level that explains how the state will comply with air quality standards according to the federal Clean Air Act
