E.On selects Infotechnics' Actionbase software

E.On has commissioned Infotechnics to implement the Actionbase action tracking software across all of its UK operating sites.

Actionbase will ensure a collaborative approach for action tracking and a consistent view over all business-critical actions to ensure full control over audit and compliance management.

Actionbase will be used as part of E.On's Action Tracking initiative to manage HSE compliance, internal/external audit actions and incident management and will create an integrated business and centralised corporate knowledgebase.

Jon Howard, director of business development at Infotechnics, said: 'Actionbase is a robust, centralised system which has the benefit of being fully integrated with Microsoft Outlook and Office.

'E.On will benefit from having business-critical actions tracked through to completion, while ensuring highly visible, consistent information is available across the organisation.
