The improved RPS400-6 from Migatron is distance measurement sensor capable of detecting vibrating or tilting targets with response times under 2 milliseconds
The improved RPS400-6 from Migatron is distance measurement sensor capable of detecting vibrating or tilting targets with response times under 2 milliseconds This high speed sensor has an adjustable measurement range from 50 to 150mm with a narrow ultrasonic sensing beam of 25mm at its maximum
Coupled with background suppression of measurements outside of the desired detection range the unit offers repeatable and accurate data.
Ultrasonic Sensors are not affected by changes in target material or colour, even translucent or opaque objects can be detected! This compact sensor has already been used on rugged conveyors, PCB handling equipment, filling machines, high speed counters for both quality and production control functions.
