Jasun launches new range top quality HEPA filters

Jasun Filtration plc, the UK's oldest independent air filtration manufacturer, has announced a strategic partnership with a major European filter manufacturer.

The deal will enable Jasun Filtration to supplement its own series of (High Efficiency Particular Air) HEPA filters with a new range of specialist HEPA filters capable of trapping particles down to 0.1micron.

Like Jasun Filtrations own filters, the new HEPA filters will be ex-stock delivery using the Jasun Filtration dedicated fleet of vehicles.

Backed by the renowned Jasun Filtration service for fast, trouble free delivery and fitting, the new, quality HEPA filters are made utilising "mini-pleat" technology with production and testing plants designed to meet the most recent international standards.

The highly efficient filters are manufactured using glass micro-fibre media, pleated with automatic machines using heat-sealed spacers.

The filters are available in a number of models, ie dihedral, polydihedral filter, laminar flow panels and ceiling diffusers.

All are individually tested according to CEN EN 1822 from class H10 to class U17.

HEPA air filters have been traditionally used in hospital operating and isolation rooms, pharmaceutical and computer chip manufacturing, as well as in other applications requiring "Absolute" Filtration.

Today HEPA air cleaners, vacuum cleaners and air filters are used in a wide variety of critical filtration applications in the nuclear, electronic, aerospace, pharmaceutical and medical fields.

Still a family run business managed after 32 years successful trading, Jasun Filtration plc manufactures a wide range of filtration products, which it distributes to a spectrum of customers in both the commercial and industrial sectors.

The company operates from two sites in Bridgwater and a third in Sittingbourne Kent, which specialises in producing air filters for the commercial kitchen ventilation industry.
