Jackson Products has entered into an agreement to acquire a 70% stake in Changzhou Shine Science and Technology Co (Shine), a welding safety products manufacturer, based in Shanghai
Tom Burns, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Jackson Products, said: "This acquisition supports our global strategy of being the preferred supplier of safety products The innovative Shine products broaden our range of welding products that we can offer and strengthen our position as a world leading manufacturer of auto-darkening filters (ADF) for welding
