Data validation compliance to FDA 21 CFR part 11
The data validation feature in ACR TrendReader standard software, available from JDL is used to inform the viewer that the printed or electronic data logger data file has not been modified at all
Incorporating many standard features like; simple logger set-up, easy integration of data collected, graphing, real time viewing, one-touch table view, graphing, annotation of salient points to be noted, TrendReader now offers some new add-on modules.
Alarm Dial Out.
In the hardware-based systems, the alarm signal comes from the SmartReader Plus 12-bit data logger's Alarm Dial Out feature.

Intrinsically safe temperature data logger
The JR-1001 intrinsically safe temperature recorder is an electronic recording device designed to measure and record changes in temperature at user set intervals in hazardous areas
Single-channel temperature logger is 16mm diam!
The jdl 'Little Logger' measures and records up to 2048 time stamped temperature recordings between -10C to +85C, and yet is contained in a small package of only 16mm diameter
The SRP data logger is capable of being connected via its communication jack to a modem and programmed with a pager number to dial if an alarm condition exists.
Alarm Module.
This connects to the SRP data logger's communication jack.
It is designed to accept the Alarm Dial Out signal from the data logger and produce an audible alarm and flashing light as well as trip an internal relay, which can be used to enable or energise an external circuit (2 amps max) such as a siren, light or some other device.
Real Time Monitor Software.
This generates alarms based on the real time readings it sees independent of the Alarm Dial Out feature in the SRP logger.
The software enables the user to have alarms generated by any ACR unit purely based on the real time readings produced from the loggers.
The alarms are purely software related and require the loggers to be connected to the computer and running in real time.
When an alarm condition is encountered, the Real Time Monitor software can display the condition on the computer screen, beep, play a wave file or invoke an external programme to start running.
(The external programme is to be supplied or written by the user.
) TalkBack Software.
This automatically downloads logged information and responds to alarms when using the 12-bit SRP series loggers.
The ACR TalkBack programme can accept a call from the SRP logger in this mode if it is running on a computer and the Alarm Dial Out on the SRP logger is set to call the computer modem (or is directly connected to the computer com port).
The TalkBack software can display the condition on the computer screen (flash message), beep, play a wave file or invoke an external programme to start running.
(The external programme is to be supplied or written by the user.
It is not ACR generated software.
Real Time Graphing as the data logger records information.
Networking and Remote Communications: facilities exist for communication with single or multiple data loggers over a modem.
Easy user intuitive facilities make for easy data logging using the ACR range of self-powered, palm-sized instruments that can measure and record temperature, relative humidity, electric current, pressure, process signals, pulse frequency, power quality and more.
