New distributors wanted for telemetry products

A Jekyll Electronic Technology product story
Edited by the Processingtalk editorial team Feb 13, 2008

Having introduced a host of new products, Jekyll Electronic Technology, a UK manufacturer of industrial telemetry equipment, is looking to expand its current worldwide distribution network

Companies with existing expertise in selling products to design engineers and systems integrators now have the opportunity to expand their current portfolio of products, with special price deals available.

Jekyll is a well-known and respected name in the utility market where it provides automated meter reading solutions using its zero power remote modem technology.

Other areas where Jekyll equipment is widely used include environmental monitoring and building and plant management applications.

However, the launch of the new products will considerably widen sales opportunities.

One of the new products is the Tel2 Mobile Quadband modem that has been designed with global organisations in mind.

However, where it stands out from other modems available is the incorporation of a unique watchdog to monitor modem status.

This means that should there be any problem with network connectivity, the modem will automatically reset itself and reconnect to the network.

Using the Jekyll proven GSM communication modules, this new generation avoids the communication problems generally associated with off-the-shelf GSM modems.
