A JetMix and Fast Loop sampling system supplied for an Indian Oil Corporation refinery has been installed in existing inline tappings, and the lines do not have to be shut down for installation

A Jiskoot CoJetix combined JetMix and Fast Loop sampling system was the choice of the Indian Oil Corporation for the Barauni Refinery, offering the unique features of allowing installation in existing inline tappings and custom-building of the mixing and takeoff system so that the lines do not have to be shut down for installation A withdrawable nozzle and quill allows system installation under working line pressure

The system is integrated with the tank farm management control system such that sample receiver change-over can occur when crude is discharged or received into different tanks.

It has a fully heated and conditioned sample receiver housing and two sample receivers with a can weigh system that monitors the performance of the sampling system as required by ISO3171 and IP sampling standard.

The system is supplied with a Jiskoot performance warranty to compliance of the sampling standards, on-site operator training, two years' operating spares and a 3-year maintenance contract.

Local support is provided by Gruppe Littlesilver, who have a Jiskoot certified trained engineer and supports all Jiskoot systems in India.
