Oil and gas wedge wire tubs and conical
screens
During 2007 Johnson Screens extended its capabilities, manufacturing large diameter wedge wire bath tubs, and wedge wire conical strainers for the for the oil and gas industries
The large diameter wedge wire bath tubs were up to 56inch diameter, in stainless steel and duplex material, and the wedge wire conical strainers up to 48inch diameter We are able to provide validated data with regards to pressure drop across and ultimate tensile strength of our assemblies
These products compliment the existing range of wedge wire centre pipes, scallops, baskets and grids already supplied to the oil and gas industries.
