The Federal Research Institute for Nutrition and Food in Kiel (Germany) has given its approval to the entire family of Jumo Logoscreen paperless recorders for use in heat treatment plants for milk.

The approval mark KI-M17/03 was granted after the technical documentation had been evaluated and laboratory tests successfully completed.

This mark certifies that the instruments meet the requirements of the milk regulations and the guideline of the heating committee for measurement, control, checking and safety systems for milk-heating plant.

The legally required recording of the heating temperature and additional important process variables during the heating of milk can be comfortably and reliably implemented with any of the four paperless recorders.

Individual and flexible instrument systems for measurement acquisition are now at your disposal from the entry-level model Jumo Logoscreen 500 through to the Jumo Logoscreen es with FDA compliancy (21 CRF Part 11).

The Logoscreen es and Logoscreen cf models with a stainless steel front are protected to IP65 and therefore especially suitable for use in the dairy industry.

Furthermore, the distinctly user-friendly PC evaluation software PCA3000 enables you to access archived process data fast, at any time.
