Expanded measurement signal inputs, a second relay output, additional device functions and a new supply voltage option extend the application opportunities for the redesigned Jumo ecoTRON series from Jumo Instruments Their transparent and easy-to-use operating concept have made the reputation of the Jumo microstats ecoTRON M and the ecoTRON T thermostats for simple control applications throughout a wide range of industrial sectors in a very short time

The new refrigeration controller Jumo ecoTRON M100
The control of compressors, defrosting heaters and fans - cyclically or in real-time - is the basic function of a refrigeration controller, used in refrigerated rooms, displays or shop counters
Control in the food industry
Various scandals in connection with processing and transporting food have resulted in ever tighter regulations: so a recording function has been integrated into the Jumo Imago F3000 process controller
Jumo Imago 500 process and programme controller
Eighteen months application has seen the Imago 500 expand to eight controller channels: it is now increasingly used not just as a process controller, but also for more general operational functions
The applications are, for example, in refrigeration engineering, the beverage industry, packing machinery or switchgear cabinet construction.
As well as measurement signal inputs for Pt100, Pt1000 or KTY2x-6 resistance thermometers, you can now connect FeCon J, FeCon L, NiCr-Ni K thermocouples or 0/4 - 20mA or 0 - 10V standard signals.
Customer-specific linearisation can also be set up on a PC and then transferred to the device, using the set-up programme that is available as an option.
The set-up program also offers the possibility of configuring and archiving the relevant device data.
According to choice, the Jumo ecoTRON M can now be delivered with a 10A relay output or with two 5A relay outputs.
The second relay makes it possible, for instance, to signal a minimum or maximum alarm, the end of a cooling or heating period, or that the prescribed interval has expired and servicing is due.
The choices of supply voltage (230V AC, 115V AC and 12 - 24V DC) have been extended by a 24V AC option.
