Compressor manufacturer Jun-Air is making its range of compressor pumps and receiver tanks available as individual components for OEMs to build into their own products.

The company's quiet-running, oil-free compressor pumps are ideal for manufacturers who need to provide a supply of clean, dry air for industrial applications such machine building, tyre inflation, etc.

The range includes oil-free single cylinder OF301 and OF1201 models and twin cylinder OF302 and OF1202 models.

All are designed for 50/60Hz dual frequency operation at all worldwide voltages, providing greater flexibility for exporting OEMs who are designing equipment to operate anywhere in the world without modification.

Outputs are up to 130 l/min at 8 bar and models are also available to operate at 10 bar maximum pressure.

Jun-Air oil-free compressor pumps are vibration-free and extremely quiet - just 76dB(A) as free-standing units - and when housed in optional silent-running cabinets, noise levels as low as 47dB(A) can be achieved.

All units are also rated for continuous duty and feature multiple outlet ports to enable connection in any plane, making them ideal for integrated solutions and demanding OEM applications.

Jun-Air air receiver tanks are available for OEMs who need air and gas storage capacity from 4-150 litres.

The tanks, which are manufactured to the highest quality, are internally powder coated to resist corrosion and ensure that the air/gas stored is in optimum condition.

All models in the range comply with global standards including EN, ASME and GOST R, and are covered by a 5-year guarantee.
