K Controls has extended the range of valve position position monitoring solutions to include EExd, EExed and EExi versions that are ATEX certified for ambient temperatures as low as -50 degrees C

K Controls has recently extended its range of valve position position monitoring solutions to include EExd, EExed and EExi versions that are ATEX certified for use in ambient temperatures as low as -50 degrees C 007 switchboxes in both aluminium and stainless steel can be fitted with mechanical micro-switches, magnetic reed switches or solid state inductive proximity sensors

They can be used in environments where hazardous gases or combustible dusts are present and they can be adapted for use on rotary or linear valve actuators.

Countries where this capability could be important include Norway, Sweden, Finland, Canada, China, Russia and Kazakhstan.
