A 25,000 sq ft workshop is available with dedicated stainless steel fabrication facilities.
Automated processes include seam welding together with both internal and external polishing to Ra standards.
Degreasing, passivation, Rioflavin testing together with multi-procedure non-destructive testing are also provided.
Mechanical designs also feature heat transfer technology where required utilising dimple jacket or limpet coil options.
Production is covered by quality assurance standard ISO 9001/2000, with CE certification to EU directive and machinery - 98/37/EC, pressure - 97/23/EC and electrical - ATEX 94/9/EC.
