Display system for force and pressures
The CoMo View has a built-in 5.7 inch colour touch screen that displays typically strain gauge process parameters in real time and provides operator access to the menu of pre-set process definitions
The new CoMo View from Kistler Instruments, a development of the widely used CoMo Net production process monitoring system, has a built-in 5.7 inch colour touch screen that displays process parameters in real time and provides operator access to the menu of pre-set process definitions The new unit can accept a wide range of inputs from piezoelectric and strain gauge sensors, voltage output sensors and potentiometric angle and displacement sensors allowing any combination of acceleration, force and pressure to be monitored as a function of angle, displacement or time

The new Kistler miniature triaxial accelerometer has been designed for use in aggressive environments such as engine applications, vibration testing and industrial quality control applications
Twelve freely combinable process evaluation functions, including boxes, real-time thresholds, gradient and integral, can be used to monitor block force, limit position and threading or the entire curve.
Real-time digital I/O and high speed process and curve data exportation ensures that process monitoring remains reliable even at high sampling rates.
The built-in Ethernet provides easy connection to a corporate network making remote set-up of monitoring parameters and data display available on any PC or terminal on the local area network (LAN).
The use of an existing network simplifies low cost, centralised storage of process data, especially in large, complex production facilities.
Equipped with web server capability, CoMo View provides a password protected TCP/IP link to web browsers anywhere in the world enabling anyone with appropriate access authorisation to view and manipulate all of the functions and data in real-time.
Remote maintenance and diagnostics using the TCP/IP link makes servicing very economical and cost of ownership exceptionally low.
The new Kistler CoMo View is suitable for quality assurance applications in a wide variety of production processes.
