Kistler's RoaDyn System 2000 for intelligent wheel force measurement already includes measuring wheels for cars, SUVs and light trucks.

The system has now been extended with the introduction of measuring wheels for medium and heavy trucks, as well as a six-component measuring wheel for cars, SUVs and light trucks, that comes with a universal wheel adapter for test stands.

The wiring and number of plug connections have been reduced to a minimum to avoid cable spaghetti and system downtimes.

The use of digital near-field telemetry ensures perfect transmission of the signals preconditioned on the wheel.

The automatic sensor detection and calibration data upload ensure a high degree of operating safety.

The RoaDyn System 2000 permits digital and analogue transmission of the measurement data via interfaces to standard data recording systems.

The highly modular design with a single control system for all measuring wheel applications, from the smallest car to the biggest truck reduces costs to a minimum when existing measuring wheel systems are extended to new applications.
