Kluberalfa YV 93-302 constitutes the latest in high performance non-flammable high pressure sliding agents for use in oxygen/medical/food processing equipment, for example for valves, where the use of conventional lubricants can prove hazardous to say the least.

Many applications require such lubricant approvals and Kluber are proud to complement an impressive existing range.

Kluberalfa YV 93-302 is particularly resistant to most chemicals and anaesthetics (good resistance to halothane) and can be used without pressure limit in installations or components carrying liquid oxygen.

Characterised by both high and low temperature capability, Kluberalfa YV 93-302 can be used in diving and breathing air apparatus and gas/air anaesthetic units as well as medical autoclaves due to it's additional food grade status to NSF H1 certification.

BAM log 6123/97 II-5259 I certifies Kluberalfa YV93-302 suitable for use ranging from 260 bar (< 60C) to 210 bar (< 200C).

Service temperature range is - 60C to 260C (< 21% O2 enrichment by volume) or - 60C to 200C (> 21% O2 enrichment by volume).

In addition, high load carrying capability is a benefit with a 4-ball test result of 5000N in thrust bearings Kluberalfa YV 93-302 is available in several pack options including handy 4gm nozzled tubes.
