Basically Kluberplex can be used in any application where lifetime lubrication is required in a non 360 degree rotating (oscillating) application with a wide temperature range from -30 to +140 degC and high load resistance.

The special benefits of the product can be explained as follows: lubricant displacement occurs in the loaded contact zones of bearings subject to oscillating motion with excessive lubricant losses and unprotected friction surfaces resulting.

The special formulation of Kluberlub BEM 41-122 enables highly effective anti wear solid lubricant "tribo-layers" to be generated between the loaded contact zones of the bearing.

These layers enable a separating and friction reducing effect resulting in greatly improved lubrication and wear protection.
