Reduce your lubricant costs in one clean
sweep

Kluberfluid C-F Ultra are high performance lubricants based on synthetic hydrocarbons and mineral oil, providing good adhesion, excellent resistance to high pressure and protection against wear

Kluberfluid C-F 3 to C-F8 Ultra is a newly developed range of lubricants designed especially for the lubrication of the medium sized to large girth gear drives found in rotary kilns, tube mills, drums and similar machinery used in the cement, lime, gypsum, mining and chemical industries and in power plants, in addition to further applications such as sugar and paper production, plus the marine and offshore sectors These high performance lubricants are based on synthetic hydrocarbons and mineral oil, and provide good adhesion, excellent resistance to high pressure and protection against wear, and are suitable for use at component temperatures up to 120C

The Kluberfluid C-F Ultra range is free from bitumen, solvents, heavy metals, chlorine and solid particles and can be applied by immersion, paddle wheel, circulation and spray lubrication.

Application possibilities are not restricted, neither by gear size nor gear performance although a peripheral speed of 10m/s should not be exceeded.

Due to the transparent nature of these lubricants, tooth flank inspection is now made possible while the drive is in motion, and since the consumption volumes are lowered significantly the knock on effect is lower maintenance costs, lower disposal costs, less cleaning and reduced stock levels.
