JetPort 5601 has built-in dual Ethernet ports.
Both Ethernet ports are linked to upper communication ports and only one link can be activated at a time.
When the master link breaks, the redundant back-up link will be activated in less than 200ms to guarantee the non-stop data communications.
Usually, this extra feature will only be installed in high-end intelligent Ethernet devices.
Now Korenix has implemented this device-end redundancy feature in JetPort 5601 with a reliable solution.
Configured serial interface RS232/422/485 in software, JetPort 5601 supports speeds as high as 460.8kbps.
JetPort 5601 can be configured by JetPort Commander, an easy-to-use utility for Windows that covers all management, monitoring, and control functions for one or many JetPort servers.
In addition to Windows configuration, users can configure JetPort 5601 via the web and Telnet, giving administrators the flexibility for device management.
JetPort 5601 can be installed in wall mount or DIN-Rail mount.
Support RS232/422/485 Serial Interface with Secure Communications.
The JetPort 5601 serial port supports RS232, RS422, 2/4 wire RS485 and is configured by software.
The serial port can work in various communication modes, including virtual com, TCP server, TCP client, UDP, and serial tunnel.
JetPort 5601 also supports HTTPS and SSH for secured communication management.
Advanced settings for controlling the data communications such as TCP alive check, delimiter, and timeout are also supported.
For industrial redundant solutions, JetPort supports to maximum 5 simultaneous connections for virtual com, TCP server, TCP client modes, sending data to 5 hosts simultaneously.
