A GSM modem is a wireless modem that works with a GSM wireless network A wireless modem behaves like a dial-up modem
The main difference between them is that a dial-up modem sends and receives data through a fixed telephone line while a wireless modem sends and receives data through radio waves.
JetPort 5604 series is a 4-port Redundant Serial Device Server.
JetPort 5604 provides four 3-in-1 RS232/422/485 serial interfaces.
Users can use one IP address, Redundant Ethernet paths (RTTD Technology) to control a maximum of four GSM Modems over the Ethernet.
To configure JetPort Commander, the easy-to-use utility for Windows or choose HTTPS/SSH for secured management.
JetPort 5604 series are also equipped with two types of power inputs, four 5V TTL digital inputs and two digital outputs.
These are value-added feature for user to construct the field installation.
