Capacitive level monitors for fluid
media
The NCW Limit level control from Kobold Messring, Hofheim, enables secure protection against congestion or unintended emptying of tanks or reservoirs
The NCW sensor uses the capacitive measuring principle for liquid limit level detection, so works almost wear-free, with no moving parts PTFE-coating protects against the liquid medium and the probes are of stainless steel, which are largely independent from crustification

Secure liquid level detection using NMC probes
The NMC liquid level sensor from Kobold uses the capacitive liquid level measurement method for fluid media, and operates almost wear-free
Four versions enable an individual choice appropriate to the measuring task.
In addition to the standard solution for metal tanks, versions for non-metal tanks and for media with low conductivity or higher aggressiveness are available.
A high temperature version designed for fluid temperatures of up to 125C tops off the all-round programme.
The length of the measuring probes can be individually configured according to requirements.
At the maximum, 3000 mm are possible.
Beside mounting the assembly from the top the probes can also be installed from the side or from the bottom.
The devices are built as very compact units.
A pluggable electronic mount is situated outside the holding tank at the probe head.
Via potentiometer simply programmed by DIP switch, the reliable limit level detectors in the head can be precisely tuned to the medium.
