HART field devices can be configured using step-by-step configuration commands, then stored on the MFC or archived in the DMS software for a full configuration management solution.
The VAOI calibrator is used to accurately measure gauge, differential or absolute pressure.
It is also used to measure or simulate thermocouples and RTD's as well as voltage or current.
The VAOI is the only calibrator that offers the full functionality of a HART communicator, enabling users to maintain device calibration in a single handheld device.
Well-suited for any plant in the manufacturing and process industry, the VAOI has on board memory for up to 600 HART device profiles, which are updateable via the Internet and managed with an installer utility, and memory allocation for up to 200 configurations.
The VAO2 HART communicator is a handheld device, which can be used as a commissioning tool to maintain HART field devices for the lifecycle of the plant.
Designed for optimum convenience and usability, the VAO2 is ideal for analytical, flow, level, pressure and temperature transmitters.
Similar to the VAOI, the VAO2 is capable of storing up to 600 HART device profiles, which are update-able via the Internet and managed with an installer utility, and memory allocation for up to 200 configurations.
The VAO3 Device Management System (DMS) software is a key component for calibration and configuration management for HART field devices.
Complimenting the VAOI calibrator and the VAO2 HART communicator, this software provides visualisation of calibration and configuration data.
The DMS software has an easy to use Windows Explorer-like interface for quick navigation and organization of the device data.
