Krohne announces that it has completed its acquisition of Inor Process AB, a Swedish company specialising in the development, production and sale of temperature transmitters

Krohne announces that it has completed its acquisition of Inor Process AB, a Swedish company specialising in the development, production and sale of temperature transmitters Inor Process AB expertise in industrial temperature measurement instrumentation will launch Krohne into this market and will also broaden the Krohne current product portfolio

"Inor will be another strong partner in the Krohne Group.

We will now be able to offer our customers a complete family of temperature measuring instruments," said Michael Dubbick, managing director of Krohne.

Feliz Brakl, managing director of Inor, said, "Krohne is an ideal partner.

Not only will we continue to be a leading manufacturer of temperature transmitters, but we will also be able to grow faster".

The acquisition will result in numerous synergies, both for Krohne and Inor, which will benefit both companies customers.
