Key manufactures the new stainless steel Iso-Flo vibratory conveyors to satisfy the most stringent sanitation demands in the industry, meeting 3A Dairy Sanitary Standards, USDA, HACCP, and FDA requirements, and exceeding NEMA 4X washdown specifications.
The new Iso-Flo shakers feature scalloped flat bars, sealed isolation springs and a smooth 2B surface finish that discourage bacteria growth.
Unlike traditional vibratory conveyors, the new Iso-Flo conveyors feature a patented removable gate that enables the sanitation crew to easily and thoroughly clean the area.

Stress contoured arms, previously available as an option on Key vibratory conveyors for select applications, are standard on all new Iso-Flo conveyors.
These durable arms, made with proprietary next-generation fibre material, offer an operational life that is up to twice the life of traditional vibratory conveyor arms.
More durable arms reduce maintenance costs and downtime for Iso-Flo customers.
Iso-Flo uses independent, frame-mounted drive and spring arm assemblies that distribute energy equally to all parts of the conveyor bed in a controlled natural-frequency operation.
This operating principle minimises vibration being transferred to the structural support, reducing the cost of installation and enabling the conveyor to be installed exactly where it is most beneficial - suspended from overhead, supported from the floor, or mounted to other machinery.
This design also reduces energy consumption and offers quiet operation.
Key offers Iso-Flo conveyors for product distribution as well as for product alignment, fines removal, scalping, dewatering, inspection and other applications as needed.
Iso-Flo S conveyors, designed to limit vertical acceleration to less than 1 g, prevents product loft and bounce to eliminate damage to fragile product and minimise the loss of condiments and seasonings.
Iso-Flo Smooth Cycle is a scale feed conveyor that reduces product damage by eliminating the mechanical stop/start transients common in scale feed applications.
With the new Iso-Flo conveyors, Key introduces a new stainless steel Iso-Drive that resists bacterial grown and reduces corrosion in comparison to traditional cast mild steel drives.
This stainless steel Iso-Drive is currently available for select applications.
With Iso-Flo, Key offers as an option its ITST (Integrated Tuning System) with new stainless steel sensors and the ability to monitor all arm angles.
ITS self-monitors the conveyor's tuning, reports status at a glance, and alerts the processor in the event of process changes.
