Diehm, manufacturers of glass reaction and distillation systems and plain or jacketed vessels in flat or round bottom designs has appointed Labtex as its UK representative
The new model name will help differentiate the single-bath instrument from the dual-bath CAV-2200, a sister product which was released last year.
The CAV-2100 retains all the functionality of the original CAV-2000 instrument.
However, in response to requests from the market, the new 2100 now provides several new options, including the Viscpro II software (currently being provided with the CAV-2000) with a revised instrument view window that makes it easier to access and view multiple networked Cannon instruments from a single screen.
There are also new software selection options that permit the user to further customise test settings for temperature, equilibration, tube pre-wetting, and drying cycles to enhance performance and throughput.
As with the CAV-2000, the CAV-2100 can measure the flow times of single samples without a computer connection.
Kinematic viscosity can now be calculated by the redesigned onboard microprocessor board and displayed on the instrument front panel without the need for a PC. Request a free brochure from Labtex ...
