Simple, compact temperature transmitters

New from Labfacility for 2008 is a range of analogue temperature transmitters and probe installation fittings

The ILTX high accuracy, in-line 2 wire transmitter provides a unique, rapid and simple solution to convert to, or add 4-20mA loops using existing sensors, in-situ without process downtime.

Re-calibration and re-scaling are facilitated by minimal interaction between span and zero adjustments.

The 300TXL in-head temperature transmitter is a compact unit with an overall height of only 23mm and is suitable for use with small enclosures.

Following major investment in CNC machinery, Labfacility now offers an expanded range of components and installation fittings for sensor manufacturers.

These include compression glands, pot seals, bayonet caps and adaptors, thermopockets and swaged tips.

The established range of "own-manufacture" thermocouple connectors, head and barrier terminal blocks are available for all of the popular thermocouple types.

Large stocks of wirewound and thin film platinum resistance thermometer elements are held in Pt100 and Pt1000 versions.

Other products available include thermocouple cables, stainless steel armour for cable protection, probe handles and inserts, coiled leads and thermocouple solder.

The L60+ bench top welder is an invaluable production tool for producing thermocouple junctions, resistance thermometer lead attachment and other fine-wire welding tasks.
