High speed repeatability of up to 1,200 Hz and long life up to a minimum of 250 million cycles, are two of the important features of Lee Products Micro-Dispense Valves.

Their high speed, repeatability and long life makes them ideal for micro-dispensing duties in the drop-on-demand inkjet market along with other dispensing applications occurring in applications from pharmaceuticals, to stereo-lithography, to electronic circuit board production.

This range of valves offers the designer a combination of high speed control, small size and highly accurate dispense of extremely small volumes of liquids (less than 100 nanolitre droplets).

The valves, which are available in a choice of several different models and speeds including a valve/integral nozzle combination, offer other features and benefits such as low power consumption, 0.25 ms response time and operating pressures up to 120 psig.

They are compatible with aqueous, solvent and alcohol-based solutions.

Depending on the model, seal materials include silicone, FCR or EPDM and wetted materials of stainless steel, PBT, epoxy, butyl rubber, PPS and PEEK.
