Very low flow measurement with Pelton
wheels
Litre Meter announces the addition of the LM003 to their existing range of Pelton Wheel flow meters: Advances in bearing technology allow the LM003 to measure a range from 0.003 to 0.06l/min
Litre Meter Ltd in the UK is pleased to announce the addition of the LM003 to their existing range of Pelton Wheel flow meters Advances in bearing technology allow the new LM003 to measure a range from 0.003 to 0.06l/min (0.047 to 0.951USGM) with kick off flow rates as low as 0.0017l/min (0.026USGM) and it is suitable for low viscosity fluids

Accurate low flow metering for chemical injection
UK offshore chemical injection applications frequently specify Litre Meter rotary piston meters for measuring low flows at high pressures: more have been recently supplied to the BP Clair project
To achieve accuracies of better than 1% of actual measurement across this range linearising electronics is included.
The meter, when provided in the new LMX specification is an inline device rated to 100bar (1450PSI) and 100C (212degF).
All wetted parts are 316 stainless steel and PFA giving high chemical compatibility with most aggressive chemicals.
In addition the meter is CE and PED compliant with the option of ATEX approval for hazardous area operation.
The launch of this meter continues Litre Meter's commitment to the development of fluid measurement technology for ultra low flow and shows once again that Litre Meter are the leaders in specialist flow measurement engineering.
