Listgrove busy with recruitment demands
from Total
Leading recruitment and human resources company Listgrove experienced high demand for their services from attendees at last week's Total Packaging and Processing Exhibition 2007
A long standing supporter and prominent exhibitor at previous Total shows, Listgrove is continuing to promote its broader HR services, further enhanced by the recent relocation to new offices in Stratford-upon-Avon 'We are very excited about being at the show and talking about our new-look business and the full range of services on offer,' says Jason Markham, Listgrove Managing Director: 'Our new Northern business manager, Samantha Hanson, will also be joining us at the NEC as will Jane Edwards, our new services coordinator for Executive level recruitment'

Profiling and training helps Baerlocher UK
Leading recruitment and human resources company Listgrove has been meeting a rising demand for the profiling and training of key teams and individuals within company management and operations
Markham explains that the Listgrove move comes at a time when recruitment and HR issues within packaging and processing are at a high level of intensity: 'Recruitment and HR issues in packaging and processing have never been more challenging nor more rewarding.
Packaging and processing companies of all kinds are now - with good reason - putting a large premium on finding the right people at all levels - from board room to the shop floor.
Our business for the first quarter this year has seen an unprecedented rise in activity - we intend to use the Total 07 exhibition to support this need in today's market and also research and produce new services that will help our client companies compete even better'.

Over 700 exhibitors from 25 countries took part in the UK's largest exhibition for processing and packaging, Total Processing and Packaging 2007, being held at the NEC, Birmingham, UK from 15th to 18th May.
In a unique concept for the Total 07 show the layout of the halls sees the integration of all eight sectors within the processing and packaging line, including packaging machinery, FMCG processing equipment and industrial plant, to give visitors easy crossover from industry to industry as well as access to all types of equipment and machinery, side by side.
The Listgrove proven expertise in finding experienced directors, managers and machinery and equipment sales personnel is likely to be a magnet for many technology-based concerns at the NEC: 'Producers and sellers of capital equipment are currently competing fiercely for those executives that can deliver on sales campaign promises,' says Markham: 'Led by Mark Guest we are delivering an increasing amount of results in this area - and expect to be busy with enquiries on this front at Total 07'.
The strategic Listgrove move to Stratford has been underpinned with investment in IT, management systems and in new personnel.
The new Listgrove building is a purpose-built facility and comes equipped with bespoke areas and facilities for interviewing, training and assessment programmes.
Markham says that 'our move to Stratford represents many months of planning and investment.
It is also an exciting new chapter in the thirty year history of Listgrove - one that we'll be sharing with our visitors at Total 07'.
