The new TCD225 Series Digital Force Tester (1 kN / 225 lbf) is an advanced, stand-alone force testing system optimised for production, quality control and engineering applications.
It features a rugged frame with high-performance, closed-loop motion control and an intelligent load sensing system with measuring accuracies better than 0.1% full scale.
Standard test set-ups include load limits, distance limits, time limits, break tests, rupture tests, cycling and loop tests, while an innovative multi-stage testing function allows customer test set-ups to be created with no external PC control or software.
The Chatillon LTCM-100 Series Motorised Tester (500 N / 110 lbf), combined with a Chatillon gauge, is perfect for applications requiring an economical solution to tensile or compression testing.
The LTCM-100 Series has a large work area, enabling it to be used in production, QA/QC, laboratory or research environments.
Speed is adjustable from 0.09 to 8.3 mm/s (0.2 to 20 in/min) and positive braking and high and low limits are standard.
Force measurement accuracy is achieved up to 0.1% of full scale.
The LR5KPlus machine offers versatile materials testing capabilities for tensile, compression, flexural, peel, tear, friction and other testing applications at forces up to 5kN.
It will be operating under PC control with NexygenPlus materials test and control software, whose extensive capabilities includes test creation, data collection, reporting (including a Word report generator) and exporting test data, video and still picture capture, test data security and audit trails, and test automation and customisation.
