Student intake exceeds expectations

Logis-Tech Associates are pleased to report an 80% increase in student intake on the HNC in Chemical Process Engineering course by distance learning, from April to December 2004, compared to 2003

A-1 Technical Training, a sub division of Logis-Tech Associates, are pleased to report a 80% increase in student intake on the HNC in Chemical Process Engineering course by distance learning from April to December 2004, compared with the same period in 2003 Managing Director, Hugo Gallagher believes this is due to the course being by distance learning and being very flexible

The students study in their own time and at their own pace thus fitting in with home and work committments.

It consists of several Core modules, viz Mass and Energy Balances, Separation Processes 1, Separation Processes 2, Transfer Processes, Safety Engineering and the Engineering Project.

It also consists of a number of modules from the options section: Mathematics for Engineering, Distributed Control Systems, Analysis Instrumentation, Measurement of Process Variables, Separation Processes 3, Industrial Studies 1, Industrial Studies 2, Engineering Computing, Plant Services and Fundamentals of Quality Assurance.

The HNC in Chemical Process Engineering course consists of 12 credits and is fully accredited by SQA and recognised worldwide.
