Line of high temperature recirculating ovens available from Lucifer Furnaces A new line of high temperature recirculating ovens (4099 V Series), engineered for the heat treatment of large workloads, is offered by Lucifer Furnaces.

Available in 15 standard sizes from 42H x 42W x 42L (inches) to a large capacity 60H x 60W x 72L, the 4099 V series units are ideal for tempering, annealing, stress relieving and shrink fitting applications.

Designed for 1400F operation these heavy duty models are equipped with a high CFM stainless steel fan for recirculation.

The fan assembly is roof mounted providing a vertical air flow pattern and uniform temperature throughout the chamber.

Larger model sizes are equipped with two fan assemblies for maximum airflow.

A stainless steel liner forms the work area, and adjustable louvers balance the airflow and increase the air velocity into the work chamber.

The liner baffles the work load from the direct radiation of the heating elements.

The heating elements are located on both side walls and feature heavy gauge low watt density wire coils mounted individually on ceramic rods which make element replacement easier and less costly.

The elements are fully exposed in the airstream which promotes a faster heat up and optimises the mix of heat as the air passes over the entire coil.

The ovens are ruggedly constructed with a heavy angle iron frame and sheet steel facing.

The interior of the chamber is lined with a multi-layer combination of lightweight firebrick and block insulation to minimise heat loss.

The floor of the chamber is provided with removable hearth plates which form a flat work surface, support the workload and protect the floor insulation.

All models are standard equipped with a manual hand crank vertical lift counterweighted door which keeps the hot face door surface away from the operator at all times.

The door travels in guide rails designed with a tapered bottom which compresses the door against the chamber opening, ensuring a positive seal.

All furnaces are standard equipped with a Honeywell digital temperature controller and are completely prewired, test fired at the factory shipped ready for connection to 230 or 460 volt main power supply.

Optional equipment includes gas tight construction for protective atmospheres, over-temperature protection, programmable control, soak timers, air operated vertical lift doors, roller hearths and work trays.
