A production line of economy furnaces (the Red Devil Series) featuring single and dual chamber models are now available from Lucifer Furnaces.

These low cost models are designed in four standard chamber sizes: 9H x 12W x 14L, 9H x 12W x 21L, 12H x 14W x 18L and 12H x 14W x 24L.

Available for quick delivery these models are shipped ready for connection to 230/1/60 voltage.

The heat treat furnaces have a temperature rating of 2200F and the draw ovens can operate to 1200F.

The Red Devil Models are designed for safe, simple and dependable operation and include the following features.

* Heavy gauge sheet steel construction.

* Horizontal swing door for easy opening and positive seal.

* Low watt density coil wound heating elements mounted in easily removable side panels.

* Lightweight firebrick insulation for reduced heat loss.

* Hearthplate to protect floor brick and support workload.

* Microswitch to shut off heating elements when door opens.

* High volume CFH fan for recirculation and temperature uniformity on the draw oven.

* Time proportioning digital controller mounted in separate control panel.

Ideal for tool rooms, ceramics, labs and schools; prices start at US$2150.00 for the 9H x 12W x 14L model.

Options include over-temperature protection, soak timers, quench tanks, programmable controls.

All models are completely pre-wired, assembled, test fired at the factory and shipped ready for connection to main power supply.
