Flowcon is a flow rate sensor designed by Lutz-Jesco, especially for the monitoring of oscillating volume liquid flows, for the effective and precise monitoring of the dosages in pipes

Flowcon is available in different materials and can therefore be used with a wide variety of chemicals and pumps, in combination with the evaluation electronics that are designed to work with the Flowcon unit Due to its compact design, it can be installed directly on the pressure valve of a pump

Its functioning is based on the evaluation of the pulsatively discharged metered volume.

During the discharge stroke, a float is lifted by the flowing liquid, in turn triggering a reed contact.

This reed contact passes the pulse deviations onward within the pipe in the form of an electrical impulse.

The metering range of 0.05 to 12 l/h for solenoid-driven metering pumps and 0.5 to 50 l/h for motor-driven metering pumps, set by means of a bypass valve.

In addition to the flow rate sensor and Flowcon evaluation electronics, the following accessories are available: Stroke sensor, proximity switch, pedestal, wall holder, as well as hose clamp connectors.
