Madur Electronics has developed a new line of infra-red sensors for CO2 and methane.

Called the madIR90 range, they are fitted with 0/4-20mA, 0-10V and RS232C analogue outputs as standard.

Temperature compensation with a ten-point calibration ensures linearity of the output.

Designed for use in battery-powered equipment they have a very low power requirement.

Available in a number of ranges from 0 to 3000ppm to 0-100%, they feature computer software allowing the outputs to be set to any part of the sensor range for calibration to be carried out.

Devices are available either as a bare board for OEM applications or complete with housing.

State of the art manufacturing methods allow very competitive pricing for a European product.
