Mark Degnan joins Maser Communications

The Maser Group, a global distributor of communication and specialist cabling products and solutions, announce the appointment of Mark Degnan to the management team of Maser Communications UK

Mark Degnan joins the management team of Maser Communications UK, to take overall responsibility for the companies UK business development activities, working closely with Graeme Lewes, the UK general manager.

This new role will help ensure Masers continued growth and success through the introduction of a host of new products and specialist services.

Mark joins Maser from a background in both electrical wholesaling and cable distribution.

For the past seven years he headed up a specialist power and data division for a UK manufacturer.

Commenting on his appointment, Mark said "I am looking forward to utilising my experience to help further develop an already well established and extremely progressive business".

Recent Maser projects include the Welsh Assembly and the UEFA Football Championships.

Building on the successful partnership with Belden-CDT In the Audio-visual/Broadcasting product range, Maser have made a significant Financial investment to expand their range of products by adding the Belden-CDT Industrialtuff range, including data solutions for Profibus, Devicenet, Blue-Hose, controlnet, Industrial Ethernet, and RS485 applications.

In addition to the Belden-CDT range, Maser have joined forces with Alpha Wire, to distribute their range of series V Rockwell automation approved VFD variable frequency drive cables.

The circular range of VFD cables compliments the existing industrial product range perfectly.
