Drs Paul Kippax and Steve Ward-Smith of Malvern Instruments will give presentations as invited speakers at two forthcoming conferences that cover a wide variety of aerosol applications.
The focus of their presentations will be the use of the Malvern Spraytec system for particle size analysis in aerosols and sprays.
At the Aerosol Forum, which takes place on 3 and 4 April 2007 in Paris, France, Paul Kippax will discuss: 'Spray measurement in the pharmaceutical and other industries'.
His talk will explore the capabilities of laser diffraction and its link to a greater understanding of the dynamics of spray formation.
This has allowed the development of a diverse range of products, including pharmaceutical drug delivery devices, personal products and domestic aerosol systems.
Steve Ward-Smith will continue this theme at the British Aerosol Manufacturers Association (BAMA) Spring Forum on 19 April 2007.
The BAMA represents the aerosol industry, from suppliers of components and ingredients to fillers and marketers of aerosol products, and has around 70 member companies.
