Foodex/Meatex will see the official launch of their inspirational TRAC-ITT E4 Total Factory Solution, which provides a complete factory policing system.

It offers all the vital components for successfully tracing the progress and history of products from Goods-In right through to Despatch.

TRAC-IT acts as the 'MiddleWare' missing link layer between the ERP system and the shop floor, providing control procedures at significant stages of the manufacturing process.

The Company is also exhibiting its stainless steel ProRangeT workstations for the first time.

These are at the heart of any TRAC-IT system and are designed to meet the stringent hygiene regulations and withstand all the rigours of food production areas.

The LineMasterT stainless steel portion control workstation is elevating 'take-away' weighing to new levels of performance.

It is already being used extensively in the ready prepared meals industry and incorporates the latest generation electronics, offering unrivalled speed in data capture of the chosen portion weights.

On display alongside Linemaster will be the Marco range of DataMasterT workstations.

These form the hub of any ingredient or recipe traceability application and can either operate as a stand-alone 'Centre of Quality' or be integrated with MRP or ERP systems via file transfer to TRAC-IT.

Visitors to the stand will be able to see how complete systems can be integrated with their own management systems and Marco will demonstrate that weighing is just one part of any successful food processing control system.
