This system is far too operator reliant and any issues relating to specific packing orders are difficult and time consuming to resolve.
To overcome this, we had no hesitation in turning to Marco for a solution".
The Trac-IT Finished Goods Manager (FGM) will provide the same operational flexibility, full traceability and reporting as the existing Recipe Control Module.
Important system features include the capability to measure and monitor average capsule weights, whilst the self-learning 'product in flight' compensation will ensure accurate fill quantities from box to box.
As Michael Bolt concludes: "We have invested significant amounts of time and money to establish a leading facility so that we comply with existing and future European and National legislation.
We are licensed by the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and British Retail Consortium (BRC) accredited, allowing us to supply to leading supermarkets and retail outlets.
Control and traceability are essential within the process to ensure our customers receive the highest quality products.
Once this latest Marco Trac-IT module is installed, the system will provide complete control and electronic traceability from Goods-in to Despatch".
