Marco short-listed for prestigious award
Marco are delighted to have been selected as one of the finalists for this year's Florette sponsored Re:fresh Awards to be held at the London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square, on May 8th 2008
The innovative Marco Trac-IT MES factory floor efficiency system, which is entered in the Stubbins Innovation of the Year award category, is already bringing important benefits to a wide range of fresh produce packhouses and processors Joint organisers the Fresh Produce Journal (FPJ) and the Fresh Produce Consortium (FPC), reported there had been a consistently high quality of entries across the ten categories
The winners will be selected by the independent judging panel, chaired by FPC chief executive Nigel Jenney.
As the Marco marketing director Mandy Hart concludes: "We are delighted to have been short-listed for such a prestigious award and are looking forward to the results".
