At MCERTS 2007 Thermo Fisher Scientific - Air Quality Instruments will feature their newly MCERTS/ TUV Certified "i Series" Criteria Pollutant Gas Analysers for Continuous Ambient Air Monitoring.

Several new exhibitors have reported on what they will have on display at MCERTS 2007 * Thermo Fisher Scientific - Air Quality Instruments division will feature their newly MCERTS/ TUV Certified "i Series" Criteria Pollutant Gas Analysers for continuous ambient air monitoring

Following the acquisition of Rupprecht and Patashnick in 2005, Thermo Fisher Scientific - AQI now offer all former R+P products (including TEOM, FDMS and Partisol) directly from the Thermo Fisher UK operation.

The TEOM-FDMS will also be shown at Bretby.

Other Thermo Scientific Products include the new SHARP continuous Dust Monitor, additional 'i series' analysers for specialty gas monitoring applications and portable gas and dust monitoring instrumentation.

* Protea will be exhibiting its range of portable FTIR analysers which are now widely used by stack testing organisations and operators alike.

Typical applications of our analysers include backup CEMs for WID compliance, testing for EN14181 compliance in addition to measuring speciated VOCs and inorganic components.

Protea are probably the most experienced users of portable FTIR in the UK: over the last 10 years, Protea have pioneered its use in stack testing and have used the skills and knowledge developed to design their range of FTIR analysers, on display on stand 40.

Experienced FTIR users will also be on hand to discuss or offer advice on any aspect of FTIR use.

* Ionicon Analytik is the world's leading manufacturer of real-time VOC monitoring devices based on the unique on-line Proton Transfer Reaction - Mass Spectrometry (PTR-MS) technology.

Our PTR-MS solutions allow our customers to detect, monitor and quantify VOC emissions in real-time and at concentrations as low as a few pptv.

We provide instruments for academic research but also customised systems for industrial emissions monitoring.

Our fast and sensitive detection system offers a very advantageous cost-per-sampling-point ratio since one instrument can be used to monitor multiple rooms or sampling lines.

The modular and easy-to-use software controls the instrument automatically and may trigger alarm actions.

* Envirosoft will be exhibiting two of its PC based emissions data logging packages, CEMSuite Plus and CEMSuite Power, at MCERTS 2007.

CEMSuite is one of the most popular emissions logging systems on the market with over 40 installations in 2006 alone.

It captures, stores, normalises, presents and reports emissions to WID, PPC requirements and contains all the calculation and reporting functions required in BS EN 14181.

CEMSUITE Power has been released to allow the power industry to comply with the requirements of LCPD, and comprises CEMSuite Plus and a comprehensive LCPD reporting package.

We will also be showing some of our advanced data capture hardware.

For further information, please contact Steve Wright.

* Casella Eti will be lanching its new state of the art MCA04 Multigas CEM analyser in addition to the Model PFW 97, the latest combined dust and flow meter for all waste incineration directive applications.

The NEO Lasergas 2 instrument will also be on display following its development to measure high temperature oxygen in gas streams of up to 1500 CO for process gas and combustion control applications.

As an established supplier of continuous emission and process gas monitoring instrumentation, Casella ETi is also able to offer expert advice on difficult and challenging gases and process conditions.
