K 2004 was a great success for Meech, with many International visitors expressing a keen interest in the new Ex systems for static control in classified hazardous environments

Meech International, one of the world's leading providers of static control solutions, is pleased to announce the tremendous success of its showing at K 2004, with many visitors expressing a keen interest in the new Ex systems for static control in classified hazardous environments Visitor numbers to the stand were up 25% on the previous show in 2001

The new 986 DC Feedback System that works in conjunction with Meech's powerful 976-977v3 Pulsed DC product range also caused a stir.

Unlike other products on the market that merely provide an indication of the status of static elimination bars, this new system automatically optimises static charge removal by sensing the residual charge on the target material and reacting to it.

The 986 is easy to set-up and interpret, with comprehensive output options for alarms, monitoring and data logging.

"Our web cleaning specialists were also kept busy", explains Steve Pheasant, Director of Sales and Marketing at Meech.

"As a growing number of film manufacturers are being put under increasing pressure from their customer base to provide materials that are as contaminant and static free as possible, they are turning to Meech to discuss web cleaning solutions.

As a result of the K show we are now completing several promising trials to demonstrate the benefits of using the Meech web cleaning system - the trial results will speak for themselves".

Meech also demonstrated its International capability with a good turnout from its distributors.

Visitors to the Meech stand from Poland, Germany, Italy, Spain and New Zealand, amongst others, were able to talk directly to their country's representatives.

"The success of the show is really encouraging" said Steve Pheasant.

"The fact we are constantly innovating and developing new products means we stay ahead of the competition and provide the industry with solutions that they want and need". Request free introductory details about products from Meech International ...
