MTL Group sells Dutch Panel Systems Business

MTL has announced the sale of its panel wiring company E and M Systems to SES, a plc incorporated in Malaysia which specialises in engineering services to the process control industry

MTL has announced the sale of its panel wiring company E and M Systems based at Bemmel in the Netherlands to SES, a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia which specialises in engineering services to the process control industry.

The business will continue to be based in Bemmel in the same premises as the MTL Instruments sales company.

The two companies will work closely together on joint projects in the future to provide their customers with an enhanced range of products and services.

SES Managing Director, Hendrik van Leeuwen, said, "SES and MTL have worked well together in the past and this new arrangement will allow us to concentrate on our particular strengths and to provide an improved level of service and capability to our customers in Europe and beyond".

Dr Graeme Philp, MTL CEO said, "We are delighted to have transitioned our panel systems business into the SES organisation which has a strong core competency in this area.
