Networks group will support emerging
technologies
MTL announce the formation of an Industrial Networks group within the Hazardous Area Business Unit of the company, to provide complete network solutions for the process automation industry
MTL have announced the formation of an Industrial Networks group within the Hazardous Area Business Unit of the company With the increasing role that open systems and digital communication components have in modern control systems, MTL has formed this team, under the direction of Ian Verhappen, to provide the support mechanisms warranted by such mission-critical processes

The Industrial Networks group will provide complete network solutions for the process automation industry and be based in Alberta, Canada with regional support in Europe, USA, and Asia-Pacific.
Ian Verhappen, Director of Industrial Networks said, "Digital communications are becoming an increasing critical component of today's control systems.
