Developed, after extensive customer research, specifically to meet the needs of today's electrical contractors, the new MIT300 Megger insulation testers combine safety with durability
PowerSuite Pro-Lite PAT is configured to meet the needs of users who are primarily involved with portable appliance testing, while PowerSuite Pro-Lite 16th is intended for those who carry out inspection and testing on electrical installations, in line with the 16th Edition of the IEE Wiring Regulations.
For maximum user convenience, both packages are pre-configured to produce the forms or certificates relevant to their area of operation.
Forms are displayed on the screen as they would appear on the printer, and pre-printed stationery is also displayed, although only the text prints out on the actual forms.
Customisation is also possible, as users can, for example, load their own company logo into the forms.
Customer details can be automatically included in the forms, from the client list created by the user, reducing the time-consuming task of completing handwritten forms.
The Megger new PowerSuite Pro-Lite packages run under Windows on virtually any modern PC, and are designed for use with both manually entered test results, and results downloaded from Megger testers.
They feature a user interface modelled on that used by the best Windows programs, which makes them easy to learn, while they use similar icons to those adopted in earlier versions of PowerSuite, making it simple for existing users to migrate to the new packages.
PowerSuite Pro-Lite software is supplied with a printed introductory manual, which enables new users to start working productively with the software almost immediately, while more experienced users can exploit the full potential of the package by referring to the detailed documentation in the program's help menu.
