The new 781 Metrohm pH/Ion Meter offers the best in pH measurement, as well as ion concentration determinations using ion-selective electrodes

The new 781 Metrohm pH/Ion Meter offers the best in pH measurement, as well as ion concentration determinations using ion-selective electrodes (ISE).

The 781 can perform the ion measurements by using either an established calibration curve or by performing standard additions.

This new ion meter can automatically control standard additions, calibrations, as well as stirrer speed and power to assure consistent measurements under the same conditions.

The 781 also offers the latest in optimisation with GLP-compliant electrode testing and automatic monitoring of service and GLP intervals.

* Ion concentration by direct measurement, standard additions or sample additions.

* Calibration with automatic buffer recognition, using up to 9 calibration buffers.

* Automatic temperature compensation for pH measurements.

* Recall of stored calibration data including curves.

* Built-in quality control with pH electrode test for standard electrodes, gel electrodes and electrodes for non-aqueous media.

* Plot function pH, U, T, Concentration versus time on printer.

* Store up to 100 measurements.

* Stirrer control by the pH meter ensures reproducible measuring results.

* Easy-to-read large display.

* Entering of calibration interval with reminder.

* Automatic recognition and control of stirrer via "Metrohm Serial Bus" RS-232 port for computer or printer.

Measuring ranges pH: 0 - 14 (+/-20.000), Potential: U +/-2000.0 mV, Temperature: T (Pt1000) -150.0 - +250.0 C, NTC -20 C - +250 C Resolution Delta pH 0.001 Delta U 0.1 mV Delta T 0.1 C.

You can obtain the following Metrosensor ion-selective electrodes from us.

* with crystal membrane: F-, Cl-, Pb2+, Cu2+, Ag+, S2-, CN-.

* with polymer membrane: Na+, Ca2+, NO3-, K+, BF4-.

* with glass membrane: Na+.
