As well as the Conference on Tuesday 13th, there are three interactive workshops - on Lean Maintenance, the Reliability and Maintenance Process and Identifying Electric Motor Defects - built around simulations based on real-life situations.
For Monday 12 November there are two workshops: (1) Identifying Electric Motor Defects (the Six Fault Zone Approach), and (2) Lean Maintenance (sets out a route map to Operational Excellence and discusses the value-adding role of Maintenance).
For Tuesday 13 November the workshop covers 'The Reliability Process' (role playing in groups leads to improved understanding of the importance of Maintenance Planning, Spare Parts Inventory, Strategies, CMMS and Root Cause documentation).
Cost per person, per day (both Conference and workshops) is GBP250 plus VAT.
Also running over the 2-days is the free standing Maintenance North West Exhibition focusing on companies that provide the equipment and technologies so vital in monitoring the critical machine or process parameters on which maintenance strategies should be based.
There is no cost for just visiting the Exhibition.
